This past weekend my darling hubby and I celebrated our 5 year wedding anniversary. Overall, we had a nice day. We went out to breakfast with Avery in the morning, then to the farmers market and we headed out to dinner that evening. My husband surprised me and took me to a steakhouse...I don't eat steak. You think after 5 years of marriage and 10 years of being together he would have figured this out. Oh well, they had great scallops and yummy appetizers. It was kinda a dreary weekend here this Labor Day and we spent most of the time dodging the rain. We had some friends over Sunday evening and took Avery to a movie Monday. This morning I headed out to my RE's office for my first beta test (pregnancy test). Still waiting to hear the news, but I have a pretty good idea of how it is going to turn out. Saturday morning, our anniversary morning, I took a HPT and...it was positive. Since, I have taken three more tests, all positive. Looks like we have a little one on the way!!!! It was a pretty amazing anniversary and I'm feeling so blessed right now.
The best anniversary gift, oh and I got a pretty necklace too!
