Back up and Running and Avery's 9 month Birthday

Finally, we have internet again!!! Due to the snow, ice, wind and rain the internet company was not able to make it out till last night but they got it up and running in a matter of minutes. Thank goodness. Sometimes it scares me how dependent I am on technology these days. It makes me wonder what it will be like when Avery gets older. Is she going to ask me for a cell phone when she's 2?

Well enough about that how about some pics of my adorable 9 MONTH OLD! I can hardly believe she is already 9 months old. First birthday party planning is in full swing.

Her favorite "toy" is my iphone. We have bought her 3 kid phones but nothing compares to the real thing.

About to climb the stairs and now you are going to ask why don't you have a baby gate up. We have tried, unsuccessfully, three times to install one. We are still on the search for the perfect baby gate that install onto a banister and an uneven wall. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

She has been doing this a lot lately...maybe another tooth is coming in?

Avery's 9 month old stats

• at her nine month checkup she weighed in at 16lbs 15oz (25%)
• her height-27 inches (50%)
• Takes 5- 6oz bottles of formula a day (She was breastfeed exclusively till 6 months)
• She is eating only finger foods, she hates all baby food and wants to feed herself
• favorite foods are - yogurt (strange since she hates baby food), peas, rice, mango, bagels and crackers
• She is pulling herself up
• climbing the stairs
• cruising
• crawling
• says mamma and dadda and hi and sometimes it sounds like she says bobby (my husbands name) clear as day but I'm sure that's just a coincidence
• she sleeps 12 hours at night 7-7 
• takes two naps still usually an hour in the morning and sometimes if I'm lucky 2 in the afternoon
• she has seven teeth
• Loves to swim
• Hates the bath (any tips would be greatly appreciated)
• Loves all dogs, especially Rudi
• Will not keep her hair bows in anymore :( I have to distract her when I put them on her  and then usually they only last about 5 minutes
• She still takes a pacifier. I try and limit it to use before bed and when she is really inconsolable but Daddy thinks its great all the time. We are going to have to work on that.
