Patio Construction has begun!!

DH and I recently decided we were ready to re-do our back patio (slab of concrete). We have been searching and scoping out patio designs for the last couple months and were fortunate to get some pretty descent quotes due to the economy right now. We decided to go with a paver patio, complete with pergola, sitting wall, fire pit with built in grill and refrigerator. We are so excited that we will finally be able to enjoy the outdoors again!!

Construction started Thursday morning and the pergola is already assembled and I cant wait to see how the rest turns out. Here is a sampling from Day 1 and 2!!!

Pergola finished. We will paint the pergola later. Unfortunately, the wood has to dry out for about a year before you can treat it.
